Lets go for a stroll: Step One

We begin our design process with a pleasant walk around your property. Here we want to take some time to get to know you, your property, and what you are looking for: your vision, goals, dreams, etc. We'll chat, bounce around ideas, and let you know our thoughts.

Make a Plan: Step Two

After our stroll and chat, we want to take a moment to plan out your project. We'll look at the scope of work, budget, and time frames to develop a design proposal that will reflect your overall goals.

Design: Step Three

This is the fun part. Here we work with your vision, style, and ideas to create a unique, personal landscape. You'll be included throughout the process  and when the designs are complete, they will be presented to you.

Build: Step Four

Our goal is to bring your vision to life. After all designs are approved, we'll develop a proposal for the installation and build of your project. Here we will make any necessary revisions or adjustments to meet your goals, budget, function, or otherwise.  

During the installation, Terramor will be right by your side. We will be there to keep your project on track from design changes, to budget and scheduling with open communication every step of the way. Upon completion of the installation, a final walk through will be scheduled to ensure every aspect of the design was implemented correctly and all your goals were met to your utmost satisfaction and expectation.

Help it Grow: Step Five

The biggest misconception is that once a landscape is installed the work is done. Landscapes evolve over time as plants grow, needs change, and seasons come and go. It is here that we work with your landscape to ensure it flourishes and provides enjoyment for years to come.
