About the Role

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance high-end residential gardens and landscapes
• Diagnose and treat plant health issues (pests, diseases, soil problems, etc.)
• Design and install seasonal plantings and container displays
• Assist with floral and garden design projects
• Monitor irrigation needs and seasonal maintenance tasks
• Work closely with the design and maintenance teams to uphold Terramor’s standards of quality, care, and creativity

Qualifications

• Strong plant identification and horticultural knowledge
• Experience with garden or floral design (seasonal displays, container arrangements, cutting gardens, etc.)

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape / Hardscape Crew Member with experience in a wide range of landscape construction and installation tasks. This is a hands-on position working with a team to create and maintain beautiful, high-quality outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, and has knowledge of both plant materials and hardscape construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape and hardscape installation, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, plantings, and garden features
• Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and light equipment safely and effectively
• Prepare job sites, including grading, soil preparation, and material handling
• Install trees, shrubs, perennials, and turf with proper horticultural techniques
• Support irrigation, drainage, and lighting installations as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards
• Communicate clearly and professionally with crew leaders and supervisors

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in landscape construction, hardscape installation, or related field preferred
