Jimmy Moran, RLA

For Jimmy, landscape design is more than a profession, it’s in his roots. Born and raised on a 30-acre nursery, he grew up surrounded by plants, hard work, and a love for the outdoors. That foundation inspired him to study at Penn State, where he majored in Landscape Architecture and earned a minor in Horticulture.

Over the past 15+ years, Jimmy has honed his craft in high-end residential design, creating landscapes that blend artistry, functionality, and a deep respect for nature. In 2018, he founded Terramor Landscape Co., where he serves as owner and operator. His creative eye and hands-on approach ensure every project is both beautiful and personal.

When he’s not designing, Jimmy enjoys spending time outdoors—hunting, exploring, and relaxing with family and friends.

Lauren Moran, RLA

For Lauren, landscape design is a creative outlet and a way to connect with nature. She’s been creative since childhood, always drawn to art, design, and finding ways to bring ideas to life. That passion, combined with a deep love for the outdoors, naturally led her to landscape architecture.

A proud Penn State graduate with over 15 years of experience in the Philadelphia region, Lauren loves the mix of artistry and hard work that goes into every project. Together with her husband, she runs their business as a true team — balancing design, installations, and everything in between.
Lauren believes outdoor spaces should feel personal and welcoming — places people truly enjoy.

When she’s not designing, she’s happiest spending time outdoors with her family.

Our Story

Terramor Landscape Co. was founded in 2018 by Lauren and Jimmy, a husband-and-wife team who met while studying landscape architecture. Jimmy’s roots began on a tree nursery and in the world of landscape contracting, while Lauren’s artistic eye and love of nature shaped her design approach. Together, they created Terramor to bridge the gap between landscape architects and contractors. Today, their work combines education, creativity, and craftsmanship to enhance how clients experience the outdoors.
